Today's OED antedating: "no questions asked"

No questions asked, colloquial, without need for explanation or justification ("question," n., sec 5 (c), first use cited 1948): Book titled More Fables, by George Ade, 1900, p 206: "With that Poem in his Right Hand he could have walked into Bloomingdale and no Questions Asked."
